I'm finally 17 today <3 Haha it kinda sucks as a birthday though, since I'm not getting presents, cards or cake or anything xD Instead I have to spend all night at school. Joyful

Anyway, life has been okay so far. I've been insanely busy with ISP's and stuff for school. And unfortunately my marks are NOT what I would like them to be for grade 12 at ALL. Except Math...that can stay where it is...or go up ;D But I need to raise my marks for everything ;-;

Tonight we are having awards night at our school and and I are playing in the Wind Ensemble thing for it ugh and then we are getting awards as well. She just cleaned out the awards xD but I got Academic Excellence, Yearbook special award and the Interdisciplinary Studies Subject Award <3333

Other than that, not much has happened...well nothing much that I can remember right now. Haha I've writing this in a hurry.

So it seems its been a month again between my last two journals I really should start updating more.

School has been okay....super busy though. I've got English assignments left, right and centre! I got to learn a new instrument though! I originally play Tenor Sax, but I had to learn Clarinet for one of my jazz songs. That was fun...though I admit the clarinet was a lot harder than it looked at first....but once I figured out the secret to it, I found it easy

So all I've been doing lately is getting home, practising clarinet for 2 hours, doing homework and going to sleep. Haha not every exciting, but as long as it gets me my grades, then whatever.

This weekend though we having to clean out my grandma's whole house so we can ready it to paint....and MAN...like, when I first went down there this morning all I thought was "ohh god...its just a shitload of crap." But after the first few minutes, I was opening all the boxes and getting into everything. Did you know my grandma filled the whole back cupboard of the bathroom with bottles of whiskey? Some of them empty, some half gone, some completely full! And it was really neat too, because I found an old certificate that is actually my mom's grandpa's. Its from 1904 and its something about certifying that he is a minister than can bury the dead? (lol I don't even know).

And when we were going through her attic, we found the actual newspaper from back in the 60's about the first steps on the moon and stuff. And the actual newspaper from the 30s about when the king died. Like...there was over 100 years of history just up in that attic. It was amazing, though admittedly hazardous to our allergies XD God we were all using the 24 hour clariten and we STILL had reactions.

Anyway, so just a little journal about what I have been doing. To all Americans: Happy Columbus day, and to all Canadians: Happy Thanksgiving (I definitely just put merry christmas instead of thanksgiving XDDD)

Ugh god...so I haven't updated with anything new in a while...and I might not be for another while. I barely have free-time this year...and this is only the 2nd week of school! Teachers were actually serious this year about the workload...maaaaaan I've had 3 hours+ of homework a night every night >.< And to top it all off I'm getting sick as well. At least this is my heavy semester! So I do manage to get it over with at the start. I've got:

I'm supposed to be trying to my G2 again in 2 days...but of course, now there is the goddamn strike, so unless it ends tomorrow my test gets put off until sometime in november. Stupid fucking examiners. Like, seriously, I think that anyone's test that got cancelled because of the strike should take priority after the strike is ended. It doesn't seem fair that say if the strike ended on friday: that someone whose test was on thursday, now has to wait all the way until november, whereas someone whose test is on saturday or sunday still gets to go. Its not OUR fault that our test got cancelled. GAAAAAAAAAAAAh stupid examiners...I should already have my G2 but nooooo I just happened to get the stupid male version of the british lady, who happened to hate life and everyone in it that day. I took YD so I wouldn't have to wait 12 months, but now I'm going to have to anyway AGFNAJGNALKNG /rant

Nothing else much to say, other than I still have an essay to fix, a dramatic monologue to write, and studying to do for tomorrow D:

wow...haha I definitely suck at updating my journal. So its been a month really since my last journal. Hmmm...what to say...

Well first off everyone has probably noticed that my group and I have been getting together for a lot of photoshoots now in the summer. (For those of you wondering, no I am not finished editing Reborn photos yet)

As for interesting things happening to me in the summer...well none really....I dunno. I finished Young Drivers a while ago, and I'm getting my G2 on august 11th. So thats awesome! We had to cancel our trip to go to Boston this week though because my grandma is sick in the hospital.

We had to put my dog down about a week and a half ago....day of the Hetalia shoot actually. D: The cancer finally reached her lungs and other organs and within the span of a few hours she went from fine to barely able to breathe ;-;

Oh, I also got a cellphone the other day...yey! And I ordered red contacts so I could do a Soul Eater cosplay...hopefully in time for FanEx this year <3 Hmm...maybe I should doing some photoshoots at cons?

Anyway I haven't really been doing much this summer...just kinda being around and bored...usually reading or talking to some people in the US....and when I'm not doing that I've been out doing photoshoots. (my offer still stands. If anyone wants to hang out I'm free mostly any day)
